The role is a hybrid of Customer Service and Automotive Photography. The team will take turns explaining and setting up Bluetooth for phones/radio settings for customers and taking photos of our vehicle inventory. They will also make calls to customers gauging their experience with us and asking customers to fill out a survey.

Kaizen is Japanese for “improvement” – activities that continuously improve all function and improve all employees.
Honda believes in constant improvement. Yesterday’s achievements may be celebrated, but there is no resting place. Because the best never rest. Kaizen is guide to finding new ways to improve.
Documentation is everything. The first step of Kaizen is to document how a process really happens. In the ideal world, we may know what is supposed to happen, but what really happens is all that matters. Take a moment to document all the variations of a process to identify waste.
Once wasted effort has be identified. It is time to eliminate as many unnecessary steps as possible. This will increase efficiency. Once these changes are in place it is now time to inspect this new reality.
Maybe the fixes didn’t really fix everything? Time to make more changes. Verify that these changes have been made. And measure the improvement, comparing to where the process started. Once the improved process makes progress, standardize the changes as the new way to conduct operations.
Now is the time to celebrate this achievement. The celebration is a necessary step in Kaizen, because efforts made should be recognized.
Enjoy your success, but remember there is no resting place. Now it is time to improve again. This is important! Continuous improvement is necessary to prevent falling behind.
With an increase of cases across the country, businesses are rapidly embracing the omnipresent convenience of online shopping. Before COVID-19, not all businesses were onboard with the digital age. Many businesses clung to in-person, cash transactions, and phone calls to conduct business, but now there is a greater incentive to modernize.

The COVID-19 global crisis has disrupted our business and daily lives. Official word has just been received that our annual Team Honda Week of Service, a week where all Honda dealerships are encouraged to participate in community service, has been postponed.
Community service is typically done in person, which conflicts with the national need to practice social distancing. However, when the need for social distancing is lifted, Honda will reschedule Team Honda Week of Service.
In San Antonio, Texas, Fiesta also had to be postponed. Fiesta is a local San Antonio holiday that spans over two weeks. Most local holidays in San Antonio are celebrated in the first half of a calendar year, whereas most significant national holidays are celebrated toward the end of the year. These would include the Fourth of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, and if you include New Year’s Eve.
These are events many of us look forward to and are very sad to be missing out on at present. However, we intend to participate in all these events belatedly. Especially, Team Honda Week of Service and Fiesta for San Antonio!

A member of our Service Department will sanitize and pick up your vehicle and complete maintenance at our dealership. Afterward, your vehicle will be dropped off and sanitized. Customers can have service completed without leaving their homes.

When Amazon was founded on July 5, 1994, the Internet was still in its infancy. Few would have imagined that 25 years later, Amazon’s online shopping experience would revolutionize retail.
Adoption takes time. Some question the need for a new technology, while others are interested in what it can do. Curious minds desire to know what new technology does, because they will find an application for it later.
Similarly, friction-less online auto sales has been in the works for some time. Many have dragged their feet on its adoption, clinging to the old ways, but COVID-19 has ushered in rapid change.
